<h3>Consumer guarantees</h3>
<p>Every product is guaranteed to be of acceptable quality, match its description, be fit for its purpose, and come with clear title.</p>
<h3>When something goes wrong</h3>
<p>For a <strong>major failure</strong> (unsafe, significantly different from description, or would not have bought it) you may choose refund, replacement, or compensation for the drop in value. For a <strong>minor failure</strong> we will repair or replace within a reasonable time; if we cannot, you can return for a refund.</p>
