<h2>Refund Policy</h2>
<p><em>Last updated 24 May 2026. Nothing on this page limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.</em></p>
<h3>30-day change of mind</h3>
<p>Return most products within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resaleable condition. Return shipping for change-of-mind returns is paid by you. Refund issued to the original payment method within 5 business days of receipt.</p>
<h3>Faulty or incorrect items</h3>
<p>Contact us within 14 days. We arrange a pre-paid return label, then ship a replacement or refund the full order, your choice.</p>
<h3>What we cannot accept</h3>
<ul>
<li>Used, washed, or visibly soiled items.</li>
<li>Plush toys after they have been given to a pet (hygiene).</li>
<li>Personalised or made-to-order items, unless faulty.</li>
<li>Items marked "final sale" on the product page.</li>
</ul>
<h3>How to return</h3>
<p>Email <a href="mailto:contact@peachiepet.com.au">contact@peachiepet.com.au</a> with your order number and reason. We reply with instructions and (for faulty items) a pre-paid label.</p>
<h3>Australian Consumer Law</h3>
<p>Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.</p>
