<p>By accessing peachiepet.com.au you agree to these terms. They form a contract between you and Peachie (ABN 297 521 675 11).</p>

<h3>The site and our services</h3>
<p>Peachie sells pet accessories online to Australia and (where stated) internationally. Products and pricing may change without notice. If we discover a pricing error we contact you before processing.</p>

<h3>Your account</h3>
<p>You can browse without an account. To place an order or save a wishlist you may need one. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.</p>

<h3>Orders and payment</h3>
<p>An order is an offer to buy at the listed price. We accept it only when we send an order confirmation email. Prices are in Australian dollars and include GST where applicable. Payment is collected at checkout by Shopify Payments or Afterpay.</p>

<h3>Delivery and risk</h3>
<p>Risk passes to you when the carrier delivers to the address provided. See our Shipping policy.</p>

<h3>Returns and refunds</h3>

<h3>Intellectual property</h3>
<p>The site, brand, mascot, photography, copy, and design are owned by Peachie or our licensors. No commercial use without written consent.</p>

<h3>Acceptable use</h3>

  <li>Do not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it, or bypass security.</li>
  <li>Do not post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content.</li>
  <li>Do not impersonate Peachie or another pet brand.</li>
</ul>

<h3>Limitation of liability</h3>
<p>Nothing in these terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Subject to that, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant product.</p>

<h3>Governing law</h3>
<p>These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Disputes will be heard in the courts of Queensland or the Federal Court of Australia.</p>
